Cynthia Wilkinson
Director, Supply Chain Sustainability, Staples, Inc.

As Director, Supply Chain Sustainability for Staples, Cynthia Wilkinson collaborates with internal company resources, as well as suppliers and other external partners, to drive sustainability improvements and engagement across the supply chain organization. As a key part of her role, she is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to reduce packaging, and expand recycling efforts.

A 14-year Staples veteran, Ms. Wilkinson was previously a director of Global Facility Design and Logistics Planning & Engineering. In these roles, she was responsible for the planning and implementation of logistics infrastructure projects, including the design and opening of new facilities, for a global network of over 200 locations and 17 million square feet. Prior to joining Staples, Ms. Wilkinson held several leadership positions in supply chain and manufacturing operations for Procter & Gamble.

Ms. Wilkinson is a long-standing member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals as well as a number of other supply chain and environmental groups.
