Victor J. Garo, Esq. is an attorney in Medford, Massachusetts, where he maintains a law practice. He is an active member of several bar associations and is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Garo is talso the recipient of numerous prestigious law awards and honors and has appeared on 60 Minutes, Ted Koppel's Nightline, and the Phil Donahue Show.

Mr. Garo's notoriety and extensive media exposure evolved from his personal championing of a human rights cause and his subsequent exposure of a serious miscarriage of justice in a very high profile criminal case. As a result of the successful outcome of his relentless pursuit of justice over a span of more than 25 years, Steven Spielberg and DreamWorks purchased the rights to his life story, as well as his clients, for the production of a major motion picture.

As a trial lawyer, Mr. Garo has addressed news media, bar associations, law schools, business groups and other professional associations, as well as countless juries. He has also testified several times before the Congress of the United States. A successful attorney and businessman with law and business degrees from Boston University, Mr. Garo has consulted for many enterprises, including lending institutions, real estate companies, major developers and international corporations. Much of his time is now dedicated to motivational speaking and the dissemination of his proven "stairway to success" and core message: "ONE PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE; just DON'T QUIT."
